To develop a dynamic and relevant, inter-denominational outreach ministry that focuses on youth, ages 12-29, for the purpose of leading them to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, helping them develop their gifts and talents, and providing a platform for hands-on leadership and utilization of those gifts.
